WHO WE ARE

Chick'n Headz is not a franchise. Chick'n Headz is not a fast food restaurant. Chick'n Headz is not a Soul Food Restaurant.

Chick'n Headz is a fast-casual dining experience founded in 2020 by locals Byron and Natasha Kendle. The operation was launched from conception and has grown alongside of the couple's corporate careers. Their three daughters (Taegan, Ashleigh, and Courtney) were instrumental in helping getting the restaurant afloat and assist with day to day operations - a true family affair! You'll also find the owners working in the restaurant daily whether they're cooking, taking your order, or even bussing tables!

Chick'n Headz specializes in fresh, cooked-to-order bone-in chick'n wings tossed in special house-made (wet) sauces, a family recipe that dates back nearly 40 years! (Sorry, no dry rubs). Honey Mustard - yes, Honey Mustard - is the signature sauce. Note: Mild is NOT in Chick'n Headz' DNA. Unsure about the sauces? Just ask if you can sample them. The restaurant is also known for its mouth-watering, crispy catfish that can also be dripped in one of the restaurant's special sauces, boneless wings, and jumbo chick'n tenders.

Chick'n Headz' motto is Service Before Sauce and attributes this focus to its success, but "we are a daily work in progress says owners Byron and Natasha. We would not be here if it weren't for the love and support from the NWA community. We are also successful because of our amazing staff. So respectful treatment of our employees is required and is as equally important to us.

HOW TO ORDER

IN-STORE:
1. Takeout: Order at the counter and pickup from the designated takeout area. You should receive a text from TOAST when your order is ready.
2. Dine-In (seat yourself):
  1. Order from the counter (we will give you a table number and bring your drinks/refills and food to you).
  2. Need to add on an item or drink? No need to get back in line; alert a staff member from the floor. (Yes, we serve alcoholic drinks).
ONLINE (VIA TOAST) - You will be provided with a pickup time when you submit your order. Curbside service is not available; however, call us at 479-435-9511 if you have a special circumstance or request.
CATERING ($500+) - We require 72hr notice. EMAIL: catering@chicknheadznwa.com. Delivery available for orders over $1000.

Sorry, we do not take phone orders.

We are not a fast food restaurant; all items are cooked to order. Average ticket times are 15-20min; however, those times can grow up to an hour during peak times.
