Welcome to the Chick'n Headz family! Have an allergy and not sure if our food works with your health and/or dietary restrictions?

Chick'n Headz is not an allergen-free restaurant.  Some cross-contamination may still occur from shared fryers. 

Here are some answers to some of the most common questions that we get.

• Our sauces contain dairy. Our sauces are gluten-free. 

• Catfish Breading = Gluten-Free; however our catfish is fried with other seafood items that may contain wheat.

• All seafood is fried in a separate fryer from chick'n and sides.

• Fries = Gluten-free; however, our fries share oil with other gluten-containing foods.  These foods may shed gluten into the oil, thereby contaminating it.

• Plant-Based Wings = Meatless (not Vegan-friendly); cooked in a non-meat fryer, but may share oil as  (check our menu for ingredients).  

• Traditional (bone-in) Naked = Gluten-free wing option, but may share oil as gluten-containing wings (e.g. Boneless and Homestyle).

• Ranch and Blue Cheese contain dairy.

• We use clear cooking oil. (Our owner has a severe nut allergy by the way).
